If you’re unhappy with your custom necklace, bracelet, or keychain, simply email us today and include your order number for our included 365 day warranty

Please remember that we will:

• Not refund your order if it has been misused or altered in any way
• Request photographic evidence of issues relating to workmanship or quality
• Not cover the postage costs involved with replacements
• Void the warranty if there are signs of modification or misuse
• Not be held responsible for jewellery that has been lost or stolen
