Forever Drawn is the United Kingdom's largest online personalised jewelry store. We custom create and hand make all our designs in house which means we control the process and quality.

Our products are made of high quality stainless steel which is plated in your chosen material.

Material gold: 316L stainless steel with 18K gold plating.
Material silver: 316L stainless steel.
Material rose gold: 316L stainless steel with rose plating.

You will always find the information about the material in the product description.

All our products are made of high quality stainless steel and are therefore 100% nickel free.

Should you have any problems with our products, we will of course assist you and ask you to contact us as soon as possible so that we can find a solution for you.

Although we have a wide range of jewelry, you may wish to add a personal touch that you cannot find in our collection. For special requests and enquiries, please contact our customer service.

We accept orders from all the corners of the world online at www.foreverdrawn.com, the reason we can keep our prices low is due to no costly shopfront overheads, keeping the savings in your pocket.

Forever Drawn ships worldwide. We are not responsible for any custom tax and charges and recommend that you find that out your country's requirements.

FREE! We include tracked postage in our pricing free of charge.

Our belief is that you should not be burdened by additional postage fees as we pass our savings being an online based business on to you!

No. Our shipping estimates vary depending on your location. Please see our shipping page at checkout to find out approximate shipping times to your Country. Our personalised designs are all handcrafted from scratch and the processing time is usually 5 - 10 Business Days. Please note, processing times may be as long as 15 days during peak periods.

Due to the number of packages we send out every week, each package is not always scanned in by our Postage Partners over the counter. As a result of this the tracking details may show up as "no events" or "still in transit" and have no update until scanned by our Postage Partners after it arrives at the sorting or delivery centre.

If you have concerns and there is no update 3-4 days after you have been informed by us that your package has been shipped, please feel free to contact us and we will assist in helping you get an update.

If your package is returned to us by the postage service provider for whatever reason, we are able to redeliver it with the following, standard tracked post for US$15.

Once your order has been received, it will be processed immediately so that your parcel reaches you as quickly as possible. Therefore, changes to the address are only possible if your order is not yet in production.

Our order Timeline is an estimate, the order processing timeline outlined, is just a full view of our full process and the amount of work that each piece requires.

However, here at Forever Drawn, we have a whole team working on your order so that your order is completed in a much quicker timeline and we strive to get orders to our customers within our estimates.

When entering your address, please make sure that your data is correct. We will send your order to the exact delivery address you give us. If a shipment cannot be delivered because your address is incorrect, we will have to charge you for the costs incurred.

Please contact us HERE stating your order number and issue. We will rectify the issue at hand immediately. If it is our error we will replace it at no cost.

Yes. All parcels have tracking numbers. When your order is completed and sent, you will receive an email confirmation and your tracking number that can be tracked on our website via your personal tracking page.

Post Purchase

Yes, as long as arranged within 12 hours of ordering.

Please note, due to the speed in which we process orders, requests received after 12 hours are not guaranteed as the customising process would have already begun and further changes will not be possible.

Yes, we offer a 365 day included warranty on all pieces guarding against any production faults and defects.

This however, does not cover damage caused by misuse, alterations, or any work carried out by other companies to the jewellery.

Every order is packaged to be gift ready, encased in a Jewellery Box. Making it perfect for presentation and keeping your jewellery safe.

Frequently wash with soap (phosphate-free) and warm water. Dry immediately.

No. Although these dips clean jewellery at an accelerated rate, they are too strong and you may end up removing an important layer of the pendant's surface. When this happens, your pendant might get damaged and your warranty may be voided.
