Guarantee
Forever Drawn guarantees that all customers will receive their pieces as ordered and paid for.
Forever Drawn will assist in investigating where ever possible any case of missing items with Post and we will also provide contact details for your local post so you can make your own enquiries. We send with registered post and include tracking
Note:
- Postage delays can occur, especially during peak seasons and due to delays with Postal Systems. You can contact us directly at any stage for assistance
- We try our best to process within our estimates but delays can occur
- All items are checked before sending for defects. Usually, if items arrive damaged, it has occurred during transit
- If your item arrives damaged, photo's are required to be sent to support@foreverdrawn.com for verification
- For any issues with missing post or damaged on arrival, we will do our best to assist. Please contact us
Returns / Replacement Policy
- As our items are custom made for you, no returns or refunds can be accepted for change of mind after order processing has already begun. If after receiving your order it can be ascertained that Forever Drawn has made an error in the design as requested or as specified by you in our 'notes for designer section,' we will replace the item. Please send photo's of the product as received if any issues.
- In most instances, if Forever Drawn is at fault, a replacement will be processed without the need for you to return your original item. Please note, if details for your design have not been specified in the 'Notes for Designer' Section when ordering, we will replicate the design as closely as possible and a replacement/ refund will not be available.
Refunds Policy
As our pieces are custom designed, one-off pieces designed to the clients specifications. We are unable to refund or credit your order once production has begun.
Defective or Damaged Products
We give you a full refund for products that are defective or damaged.
For defective or damaged products, please contact our customer service department at support@foreverdrawn.com to arrange a refund or exchange.
Please include a photo or video with your email as evidence of the defective or damaged product, along with a clear description of the issue.
Lost Products
We offer a refund for products that have been lost by the courier.
For lost products, please contact our customer service department at support@foreverdrawn.com to arrange a refund or exchange.
30-Day No Delivery
We offer a refund for products that have not been delivered within 30 days from the date of the order.
For products not delivered within 30 days from the order, please contact our customer service department at hsupport@foreverdrawn.com to arrange a refund or exchange.
PLEASE MAKE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR DESIGN REQUIREMENTS CLEARLY IN THE 'NOTES FOR DESIGNER' SECTION WHEN ORDERING
Without clear instructions, Forever Drawn will replicate the drawing as closely as possible and exchanges and replacements will not be available unless clear instructions of specific requirements are included in the 'Notes for Designer' section when ordering and have not been followed by Forever Drawn
Any and all cancellations, change requests must be requested within 24 hours or ordering. This can be arranged by contacting us. If your order is damaged during transit it is at the discretion of Forever Drawn to review the order and offer the best possible resolution. Please be advised that store credit and discount codes and offers are not redeemable for cash.

Delivery / Shipping / Postage Policy
Forever Drawn offers free international shipping. Forever Drawn is not responsible for any postage issues or delays however, we will assist where possible.
When you place an order, we begin production within 2 days. Production time is 7 – 15 days.
Please allow 20-30 business days to receive your order.
